Registration Procedures
The first step is to complete your pre-registration (click here). Once this is done, you will have access to your restricted area.
Once you have completed the form, you may change this information at any time by going to “My info”. You can access your restricted area at any time, entering at the top of the screen of the home page the login and password word you created. There you can find the links for Symposia and Abstract Submission.
After you register, you can make the payment of your registration fee on the following /forms of payment:
– Residents in Brazil can make the payment of the registration fee by Pay Pal or Bank Deposit.
– Non Residents in Brazil can make the payment of the registration fee by Credit card.
Note: In case of impossibility to make the payment by any of these means, please contact the Conference Secretariat

Member rates are available to current IUHPE and ABRASCO members whose Membership fees have been duly paid at the time of registration.
Low and Middle income economies reduced rates are available to residents of countries as classified by the World Bank Report 2015
Student rates are available to full-time, currently enrolled graduate or postgraduate students. (Please bring student ID)
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations must be submitted by email. Please be advised that refunds will be made within 45 days after the event and with a 20% discount related to administrative fee.
For registrations made from abroad, tax expenses and bank fees will also be discounted.
Registrations canceled after 15 April 2016 will not be refunded.
